What we do
We buy old Charleston homes that most people overlook - think termite damage, awkward layouts, partially unfinished, and decades of wear - but can see they were once loved.
We bring them back by salvaging what's worth keeping-original woodwork, brick, porches-and rework the rest to fit the way people live today with open kitchens, indoor-outdoor flow, for easy coastal living.
We don't flip. We restore-with care, design and respect for the lifestyle that makes Charleston special.
Our projects span downtown Charleston, Park Circle and Edisto Island.
